Lamb and Goat

Lamb and Goat are similar, in some cultures, the names are interchangeable.

Lamb is generally fattier than Goat and Goat has a stronger flavour.

Lamb is a sheep slaughtered between 4 and 12 months.

Mutton is older than a year, and up to 3 years of age.

Mutton has a dark red colour and a stronger flavour than lamb.

Most Lamb is 18-24kgs dressed weight
