Springrolls make a great BBQ cook!

Use any filling you like but here, I’m making Cheeseburger stuffed ones!  Yum!

Make a line of Burger Mince, Cheese, Gerkin and Chopped Onion on a sheet of Spring Roll Pastry

Roll the pastry over, fold in the sides and continue rolling

Seal the roll with a little water brushed on the edge

Now roll your completed springroll in another sheet of pastry

Seal the roll with a little water brushed on the edge

Brush each springroll with olive oil so it goes crispy when baked

Bake in your BBQ at 200-220°C

Turn them halfway through the cooking
