Meat Shot Glasses!

Sometimes an idea will be so wrong that you just have to do it!

You’ll need good sausage mince.  I just gut a few of my favourite breakfast sausages

Form the sausage mince around a shot glass. Be neat! Make sure there are no holes and the sides are a nice, even thickness

Roll the coated shot glasses in your favourite BBQ rub

Put the shot glasses in your BBQ to get a little smoke

After 15 minutes turn the glasses over and smoke for a further 20-30 minutes until they have a nice golden brown cooked finish

Allow the glasses to cool

Once cold, you can carefully unmould them from the glass

Now all that is left to do is to fill them with a good Bloody Mary mix

Place in the refrigerator until it is time to serve
