Argentinean Asador Cross
(ASADOR MALAMBO CRUZ)
This Argentinean Cross open fire grill was designed with versatility in mind.
They were made in Argentina by Grill maker Brassos, the design of the inclination adjustor based plate has been modified to match the Dunnings BP32 fixing plate available from most hardware stores.
The use of the BP32 base plate allows the user the versatility to fix it to any suitable BBQ or Firepit.
There are a number of compatible plates and angle brackets it can be used with, it could be bolted in place permanently or used as a freestanding unit by attaching braces to the base plate.
The Grill itself comes with a mesh for smaller cuts or an open bar structure which is easier for larger cuts. The grill is coated in Cooking oil, users should heat the grill over a hot fire to develop a nice seasoning and prevent rust.

The Asado Cooking Frame adjusts to accommodate meats up to 50mm (2 inches) thick, or thicker if you use only the base frame and fix the food to it with wire.
The inclinator adjusts through 6 angles from vertical to horizontal, the locking pin can be used left or righthanded.
The BP32 backing plate and bolts are not provided, the combination will vary for each user so, it is better for the user to purchase the bolts and brackets to suit what they want to do from their local hardware.
Package includes:
Inclinator base
Locking pin
Double sided Asado cooking frame
The Asado cooking frame is available in Mesh version or in the Open Rod version
The Mesh version is lighter and what I recommend for a Kettle
