The ET733 has 15 pre-set temperatures for beef, veal, lamb, pork, chicken, turkey, deer, elk, moose, buffalo, rabbit, boar, duck, fish, and “bird”. These pre-set temperatures can be customised by the user and the receiver will store the new settings even when unit is turned off.
The ET733 has two moisture resistant “hybrid” probes that are straight with pointed tips so they can read either the meat or the oven/BBQ. The Probe wires are rated for 716°F (380°C) and have an innovative silicone seal and a crimp where the probe meets the cable to keep water out and prevent damage to the sensor. The Receiver can be set so one probe is one meat and the second is a different meat, so “Pork” and “Beef” on the one screen!
The ET733 can be programmed to send an alarm when the temperature of either probe goes over or under your set temperature. The set High and Low temperatures for both probes are displayed on the screen alongside the current temperature.
